Stefan and his company Frederick Roof Repair are top notch. Stefan came out the same day, due to some bad weather, and provided a quote to complete our new roof install. The process between quote and install was seamless. Stefan kept us updated on material delivery and install dates. He and his team completed the install in one day. They dragged the yard and flower beds to pick up any stray nails, which was important for a home with pets and small children. I would recommend this company to all of my neighbors.

We’ve used Frederick Roof Repair for several years for repairs while we put off having to invest in a new roof. Stefan has always been very responsive and super easy to work with. We have used Stephan and Frederick Roof Repair for years to repair missing shingles from wind damage on our aging roof after storms and they always did a great job for us. I would say no if what you are looking for is a thorough inspection. Many of the small repair calls we get are missed by home inspectors, even if they are using a drone. In the final analysis, no one can absolutely guarantee that you will not experience a roof leak shortly after a roof inspection; many roof leaks are hard to locate unless directed by the problem that it is causing inside. Nevertheless, an on the roof inspection performed by a trained roofer can catch many smaller problems before they turn into larger ones.
In my opinion, no. A roofing company should be willing to do the small jobs as well as the big ones. Also, if the new roof should leak, and then needs a repair, will your roofer come back and do it? In my experience, roofers who do not do repairs do not do so because they either cannot fix the roof, which is not good, or do not want to, which is not much better.
We do both roof repairs and full roof replacements. When a customer asks us for roof repair services, we will inform them as to the general state of their roof if it could use additional work or is in need of a replacement, but we always honor the customer by allowing them to dictate the scope of the work they are interested in having performed. If a simple repair is all the customer wants, then we are happy to oblige, and willing to perform that service. No repair is too small.
Take them to the Landfill in the County in which you reside. We used to have a recycling center for them but it closed.
