I gave this company a great review previously although it took months for them to do the job and after weekly calls. They never kept the schedule they gave me. The only reason I gave a good review is because another company was very aggressive with their sales pitch and was disrespectful. I regret giving the referral because of what followed. My roof is not even a year or maybe just beyond a year and I have a major leak in my roof that I did not have before and I cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone. I had a material supplier show up at my door asking me if I had paid the company for the job because the company did not paid them for the material they used on my roof. I referred a friend and i was not aware of the shame I would feel after because they took the initial payment from her and for months she could not get them to do the job and would not get someone on the phone. She eventually got someone else to do the job. Two of my neighbors ask me for their information because they needed their roof done. I told them this is not a company they would want to do business with. These guys are really friendly but be very, very careful they are unreliable!

Update: one of the windows broke about 8 months ago. They don't answer the phone. Storm season is here and my window is broken Buyer beware: once they receive payment or financing approval pending work will not be completed. All calls go unanswered and elementary lies about sick workers and one week turns to months of the same. You will beg for them to correct their unprofessional work and likely end up losing time and money. Rocky plays phone tag like a bad date. It's ironic they tried as hard to get my business now I am the one making 10 calls a week. I am left holding a promissory note and string of broken promises.
