We had a pergola installed and attached to our roof by a different company. That company did not properly attach it to the roof, and even we could tell something wasn't quite right. I called Donnie at Waters Custom Roofing and within hours he had his right hand man out at my house. Waters Custom Roofing fixed the roof leak caused by improperly securing the pergola and then went and correctly secured the pergola too. We should have contacted Waters Custom Roofing to begin with and we would have been able to avoid our roof getting messed up at all. Donnie was quick to help, his guys are extremely professional and were able to fix my roof leak issue and prevent future leaks by attaching the pergola correctly to my roof. 100% recommend them. I'll be calling them first next time I have a roofing issue.
