I have been emailing and calling Clear Creek Apartments for the last two days. My application was recently denied because of a criminal background that I don't have. I was referred to called Corelogic. I called Corelogic and they informed me that they never reported a criminal background to Clear Creek Apartments, everything came back good. They are also sending me the report by mail. I have never been evicted or arrested. NO BACKGROUND what so ever. I refuse to rent with you all any further but I am Distraught at the fact that I was incriminated and will be getting me a lawyer because that kind of activity is unacceptable. Me and my son are borderline homeless and to get a email back saying my application was denied and next to the reason says criminal was very heartbreaking for me. I need answers ASAP. What would be the reason that you guys will do that to me?
