We decided to submit an application with Union on Elizabeth after a flashy tour with their front desk staff. After submitting our application, and paying $200 per person, it took three weeks of what we were told was a simple lease audit to find out one of their 3-year-old buildings has to close because of structural issues and we no longer had a space. All in all, the process was complicated and we felt so undervalued as customers. Not to mention the obviously horrible quality of the property must be. You may have a good experience here but the likelihood is it will be a frustrating and long process to get anything done with Foco Living or any of their properties. DO NOT LEASE HERE

the leasing managers, especially Kelsea is so unprofessional and don’t value peoples time. When I was transferring my lease, it was a complete mess. Management is a mess internally as well. I need to explain my same problem to different people. Finally spent my life so long to solve the problem.

The staff made living here awful. The staff always seems disorganized and never gives us accurate information. The amenities seem to always be broken despite how much we pay for them. For example, one time, glass was broken in the pool, so the whole entire rooftop was shut down for a week or so when it could've taken a day or two to fix. Our dryer was broken for 6 weeks, our ceiling has leaked twice, and the whole apartment complex flooded once. Every time there is an emergency evacuation, we are never updated by the staff on what happened or if it is safe to come back. It seems like we are constantly left in the dark. The office staff consistently treats us like children and continues to screw us over. The on call security number for when the office is closed never works. One time there was a bike lock on the emergency exit for the rooftop. It blows my mind how irresponsible this place is

Hands down the best apartment building for students! Location is perfect, right across campus and surrounded by many restaurants. The rooftop pool is the icing on the cake for this property. I love living here!
