DO NOT LIVE HERE!!I do not normally leave reviews but this place made me so mad I have to. . By far the worst apartment I have ever lived in. First of all, when we moved in per our lease agreement they promised a CLEAN apartment. Ceiling fan was black with dust. Floors were so dirty we couldn’t walk on them barefoot without having feet turn black with dirt. Nothing in the apartment looked clean at all. My Roomate’s mom deep cleaned it and it still was dirty. We had a broken faucet in our kitchen sink that took almost 2 weeks to get fixed. Second, the communication. When we moved in we were not told the wifi password, trash code, basically any information you would find useful for move in day we were not given. Third, the wifi it self. I have never experienced a wifi that was consistently going out. It went out during finals week and took almost a week a to fix. Not to mention the number of times previous that the wifi would not work. Fourth, the management. If you needed something or emailed them they never responded. Getting a hold of them was always a fight. I felt like they didn’t care about their tenants at all.Fifth the parking and parking passes. Per our lease agreement they promised they watched the parking lot. So why did both my sister, Roomamte, and I have to call the towing company multiple times to make sure we could park in our parking spots that they charged ridiculously over priced for? Sixth, they entered our apartment and didn’t even tell us they were coming in. They left our hallway a complete mess. I don’t understand why they even entered the apartment as we did not put in any work orders or ask them to come in. This is illegal to not tell tenants they are coming into the apartment. They legally have to give a 24 hour notice. (Check any Colorado renters law anywhere). Also the front door doesn’t even lock. You can pull the door and it opens. So basically, anyone could come in. If you are going to charge this much for rent then you better follow through on what you say and fix issues ASAP! I was not impressed at all with Foco Living and strongly recommend that people find a different place to live. They will charge you for things randomly that don’t make any sense. There is absolutely no reason why they should be charging extra when you already paid what is due.

This apartment is one of the worst over priced apartments I have been to it is extremely loud you can here everything even when you are inside your room the pipes make a loud nose when water is ran through them in the winter I’m glad I took someone’s lease over bc this place is absolute garbage for the price the only good thing about this apartment is that there are in unit washer and dryer’s that is it there is nothing special about these apartments it is an absolute nuisance to live in with the loud noises and I am not someone who wakes up easily can almost sleep through anything but this apartment is a disaster

So far this has been a great place to live! My roommate and I had some issues with our washer machine when we first moved in, but maintenance took care of it so quickly! They ended up giving us a brand new washer. Already renewed my lease for next year.

Great apartment complex for CSU students, super close to campus. Complex is always clean and I love how engaging with residents management has been so far this year. Great amenities and work orders get fixed super fast. The only thing I really have to complain about is the wifi. The rent for Pura Vida isn't exactly cheap and I would expect good wifi here but that's not the case. The wifi rarely, if ever works and that is hard to deal with when you're a student who has multiple assignments due online every week. Its not too much of a hassle to just go across the street and use the wifi on campus but I would prefer the wifi in my apartment to work so I could turn in an assignment in 5 minutes with no issues. I just really hope that this issue is fixed soon.
