I brough my car on Saturday May 6, 2022, for oil change and tire rotation. prior to dropping off my vehicle, I mark the Front tires so I can tell if the tires were rotated. When l pickup my Vehicle, I noticed that the Tires were in the same position meaning the Wheels were never rotated. After I noticed this, l contacted the Service manager and she assured me that the wheels were rotated, but they would do it again if I wanted to. I took my vehicle back to the shop & show the manager the marks, at which time they say they will do it again. the technician took my vehicle & the wheel lock & after a few minutes they told me that they did not a have a special tool that is required to remove my wheels, so they are unable to remove & rotate the wheels. Bottom line, my wheels were never rotated even though they charge me for the service & assured me that it was done the first time. They did refund the charge for the service. But what I was told initially, was incorrect wheels were never removed & rotated.

This was the first time I ever brought a car and felt very secure with my decision and appreciated for my business. From the front house staff to the back house staff everyone was kind and welcoming. Alan and Luther’s professionalism we’re exceptionally outstanding and they are very kind and patient. I was treated more than great I was treated like royalty and left with the car I wanted fully loaded. I am so grateful for them both and wish them great prosperity in their life.
