All I can say is … When u deal with the public Remember what STEVE JOBS said “ If you want to keep everyone happy Sell Ice cream” over 16 years we always have used this pharmacy for our medications & over all those years the techs were as nice & informative to our needs as any one can be. I would like to say the location needs more techs in the snow bird season & I have personally seen a few customers verbally abuse the techs @ the drive up window & @ the counter of the pharmacy.. Everyone there should be awarded extra combat pay … Over the years we have been frustrated over the slowness of the way the Drs. Office sent in renewals .. but it’s NOT THE FAULT OF CVS or the tech on the counter or window. Also I have found over 20 yrs the website for our medication is incorrect.. so when you pull up you argue that it says it’s ready & it’s not .. or the renewal is not processed.. So chin up & THANK The Pharmacy TECH For assisting you

I strongly think they need to evaluate how they handle doctors offices, the staff are so focused on covid testing the pharmacist should NOT have to do that a regular tech nurse or any trained person can do so. We as offices spend 30 mins waiting if we dare use the voice mail it doesn't ever get filled. The computer we use also only with these 2 cvs kings and pg can't seem to ever get the scripts. I've had to call corporate after 45 mins when we needed to make a change in a order which should have been a emergency situation even the manager of the stores have no pull with them back. I encourage people to switch every chance I get I let them know cvs must make alot of money from covid cause that us the new priority shameful that the local can't get good service EVER I literally dread calling. Anyone reading look up the family owned pharmacies they are great and care.
