Just spent January and February 2022 at this resort park and it was everything I had hoped it would have been. The residence's are super friendly ! Tons of activities including: kayaking, billards, golf and simple cards cards. The pool/clubhouse area was perfect and welcoming. The two office people, Thelma and Louise, were helpful and professional.😁 Can't wait to return.

Stayed here with my father-in-law while in Florida for my daughter's graduation. People are very friendly. Fairly cheap. would have given it 5 ⭐ but the water hook up for RV smells like sulfur really bad..

Park not worth the money for lot rent they raise it $50.00 every year. ..what are they going for$ 1000 a month? Waterside on it $850..$675. Other.. Lot rent not a fixed rate ..highest increase in years from new owners.

You need to call there and find that out. My husband was down there for 5 months. Good place and very nice people..
The lots themselves are owned by a corperation you only lease them....
