This Resort was so fun and all its residents and guest enjoyed the park, however Ms. Legac the new Managment came in 2 yrs ago and it hasnt been the same after Sun Communities allows her to do as she pleases. We no longer have the joy of being adults we are spoken and treated like children, she changes rules to spite people, doesnt follow her own rules, lies to your face, and has no common sense to changes she does make. So many have lost there joy and happiness in this park if you come here dont and are offended dont exspect help from her boss, he dont care nor does his. We never have drinkable water so you have to buy it. It goes out a lot yes! a lot! So hope you dont have a dr appt or a date! Pray you hot water. Valve dont burn up. Your can not longer have a safety gate for your small dogs, even though we are an all breed park, you can not longer have a smoke, dog treats, or drink in the dog park yep! This just happened for no reason just just to be mean! Etc..etc..etc... I never met anyone like her before, I often wonder if somthing happened to her to be such a horrible human being. I have owned a place in this fish camp 🏕 for 11 years and been coming for 18years. It's not the same anymore. Used to be fun and looked forward to co.e every year for 4mo. I have had dogs for 9 years and was always able to keep them safe with alittle pet fence and now the new manager says no or get Evicted!!! Its really sad because now my dogs think when I leave for a bit or even go outside in my yard they can't even be dogs anymore. They have to be keep in house when you sit out and visit with friends. They can be 9n a leash but then they tangle everyone up so you just can't get up and walk without falling on your face. So it's sad to be hear if you have pets. But she can let hers go with no leash, says her dogs don't apply to the rules. Nothing like double standardsI wish we could get our part back up and running

Can't keep the water on for a week straight. Water gets shut of with little or no notice. No consistency in the way management enforces rules.
