Really disappointed. Started off great. A year later, they have raised our rate over $60/month. Once they realize you're there permanently, they stick you with horrible rates! We have another unit at another company and it's DOUBLE the size for not much more. Will be getting out ASAP before I pay hundreds for an A/C 10x10.

When I went to your facility here in Punta Gorda and spoke with Robert he iwas quite knowledgeable and very caring as far as getting everything set up and explaining everything to me so that I understood what was what and it was an easy process and I’m very happy with the results and I just think of people like Robert should be commended for their customer service. ****update*** I finally moved into my new place and it was a smooth and easy process I went in the movers came and took the furniture and all my belongings quickly and easily no hassle and then later I called and spoke with Rebecca and told her that I had vacated everything was clean and she didn’t process be for my exit quick and easy and precise everything down spectacularly and I will certainly recommend this storage facility to my friends and everyone I know in my family and I especially if needed will be back.
