I’ve rented here for two years. New management is absolutely impossible to work with. They changed the rules during the summer while I was in my northern residence and expected immediate action. Previous manager allowed my kayak as long as it was secured to upright pole and this was reason I chose the overpriced rental. I flew back as soon as my schedule allowed to sell rv and relocate kayak. I have no other vehicle here to move kayak. Manager called me enraged and threatened me. I’m retired veteran 100 disabled with PTSD. I trying to resolve (filed BBB complaint) but can’t be threatened. If the only tool he has as manager is a hammer everyone will leave and go somewhere else.

I tried to get in the electronic gate. The code has been changed. No one was in the office even though it was during business hours. I had to drive an hour to get here.

We had a difficult time finding a place in Port Charlotte to store our RV. We ventured to Peoples Choice RV in Punta Gorda and were met by the one of the nicest Floridian we have ever met. Rocco, the manager was not only helpful in getting us our RV spot he pointed out several nice places for us to visit as we are new to the area. What a great guy he is! And the RV site is impeccable with 24 hour access and a huge RV wash area we can use. Highly recommend! Forrest & Betty New Floridians from Alaska
