5+ stars for customer service. The staff is extremely helpful and compassionate. They went above and beyond with their assistance when renting a uhaul. They made a very difficult situation less stressful.

In spite of U-Haul's automated rental system not functioning, PGSS gets 5 stars for how they responded and resolved the matter outside of normal business hours. Good people doing good things.
