Decent price for being 10 minutes out of town but then they decided to raise the rates from $59-79$ first of the year. Cheaper place 4 min from punta gorda downtown by $15 bucks. Neither paved. Spacing was good and has loose gravel and dirt. Key pad gate worked most times. Only once did gate not work one evening so I just parked it out by front office overnight. Pleasant employees. Next time don’t change the prices so drastically and for being out of town I’d expect much cheaper rate imo. Lastly they charged me a full extra month even though I moved out first of the month. Claimed it was in contract that they’d charge me the rest of the month. Lesson learned. Dirty Skitchy folks there. Had my identification stolen from acct that only used there. Prob steal your stuff off your boats and out of rv’s.

Surprisingly GREAT! After recently acquiring a RV from my wife's uncle, we keep it here. Now, being that the travel trailer is stored here, I am an official customer. I have to say that my impression so far could not be better. The office staff worked with my wife and I on a couple issues to make sure we were happy. They were very polite and genuinely nice, (which is hard to find these days, unfortunately). The facility itself is in great shape and is really well kept, especially when you bring pricing into the equation. I've paid twice the rate at other places only to be let down, time and time again by overgrown weeds, inadequate lot space and everyone's favorite....the surprise of finding yourself standing in fire ants right outside your travel trailer! It's a non-issue here due to gravel throughout the entire place. If you have storage needs, I absolutely recommend Kings. And no I'm not a "friend of" nor do I have any affiliation with them at all. Although my wife really hit it off with Ashley, so could become friends. But for now, just a honest review. Keep up the good work Kings RV & Boat Storage! Fingers crossed! Lol

The property, while not actually paved, is covered with reclaimed loosely packed asphalt. No dust, grass and, so far, no rodents! The owners(?) a/o staff are exceptionally nice!
