I would choose to live here. Unless you cook something that makes way too much smoke, or have other super compelling reasons, southside (graystar) is a good option. Facilities and staffs at southside are very nice, at least compare to many apartments of the same price or even more expensive one. What I saw from other places made me realize that things could be way worse. No kidding southside is a very safe option.

Our apartments come fully furnished with an entertainment stand, coffee table (except 2 bedrooms), an end table, and leather couch. Each bedrooms includes a full-size XL bed, (4) stackable dressers, desk, desk chair, and ceiling fan.
SouthSide Commons is a pet-friendly community! No more than one animal is permitted in a bedroom and no more than two animals are permitted in an apartment. Additional fees and restrictions will apply. Permission and approval must be given from the Leasing Office PRIOR to bringing a pet into your apartment.
