customer service was fine but it took hours to wait on a the phone to talk to someone, then the documents never came in the mail. i guess i have to set a day aside to sit on t he phone until i can reach them.

Why do people there even have a job if they will not do it! My husband has been waiting since February 2022 to receive his return. IRS is so fast to threaten people when they owe, but when it’s a tax refund so slow to act. They do this every year! IRS is a fraud office. “Service” I have no idea what service you provide. Phony!

I would try to get a appointment at the taxpayers assistance office and your problem should be settled that day. Unfortunately, you have to constantly call(back to back)to get through. Good luck to you

Can't just walk in. Call to change address, if owe back taxes you can set up Installment agreement. IRS has nothing to do with Student loan, need to contact that agency you have loan through
