Corporate slumlords. Of all my experiences with owning and renting properties, this was by far the worst I’ve ever had. Absolutely inept and incompetent management, paper thin walls and price gougers. Tried to charge me additional $1000 deposit two months after I already moved in! They force you to include all the utilities with the rent in one lump sum instead of being able to pay at your leisure. Though I never missed a rent payment, I was late one month due to my partner getting a kidney transplant. They filed papers on me and threatened to ruin my credit. I’ve never seen anything so heartless. There is a special place in hell for these people.

This apartment complex must be hurting for money because they continue to increase rent and are now charging residents for each additional guest they bring to the pool. Management claims they cannot make reasonable accommodations for a prorated rent if moving out a little early on the last month of the lease. They said if they find a tenant to take over the lease for the last half of the month, they will consider giving half of the last month's rent back. Which tells me it is undoubtedly about the money and not about a claimed inconvenience imposed by this request. It says a lot about this place if they miss less than $1000 from their wallet. Additionally, neighbors continuously get the police called on them because of noise, and the leasing office does nothing about it. The landscapers are extremely loud and go all day, disrupting everyone. There is no peace, no value, and no customer service for the outrageous rent they charge. There is nothing exceptional about this apartment complex, so find another place that won't gouge your wallets without providing value.

My wife and I moved in during February of 2022. The staff has been efficient and pleasant to deal with when contacted. The attention to "snowy" weather and spring property maintenance is as good as we expected. The closeness of parking (even though unassigned) outside our door is great. The two-bedroom, two-bath with full sized washer and dryer in the apartment has met our needs. Having limited direct neighbors, our noise level from others is almost nonexistent. As a pet friendly property, pets are under control and almost not noticed even when walking the neighborhood. It has been said there is no place like home, which is true, but living here is great, low property maintenance is good living. Nothing is perfect but this is a very good starting place. Being mid 70's it lets us enjoy living without the worry or concern about owning a personal home.
