I absolutely love living here. Moving here was the best decision I could have made. The bad reviews made me hesitant to apply at first but I have nothing but positive things to say. It is a quiet and clean community and that was my #1 concern. I have 2 cats and they love looking out the giant windows and watching the cars and the dogs in the dog park. Parking is plentiful, I have never had an issue. Maintenance is QUICK. (Jose is the best!) My neighbors are super friendly, welcoming and helpful. I love how spacious the kitchen is and the washer and dryer is a great bonus. The bedroom is huge compared to so many other complexes I looked at. I have a king size bed and still have plenty of space for all my other furniture. The walk in closet is a necessity for me. I couldn't live with out one!

Absolutely love this place! Tiffany the landlord is extremely helpful and just an over all wonderful person. The neighbors are rarely ever loud past 10pm which is amazing! some of the other reviews were complaining about trash being left out, which I only experienced once and it was completely taken care of. Highly recommended renting from here !

If you have a maintenance emergency after hours that can’t wait for the next business day, please call our 24-hour emergency maintenance number 1-800-541-9297. For non-emergency maintenance issues, you can put in a maintenance request through our Resident Portal on LarkenLiving.com or contact the Leasing Office at (610) 625-5999. Kindly leave your name, building/apt. number, reason for the maintenance request and if our maintenance team has permission to enter in your absence. Please leave a contact phone number.
Your rent is due on the first of every month regardless of the day you move in. If you move in mid-month, we will prorate it. You can pay your rent on our Resident Portal on our website at LarkenLiving.com, or you can drop it off at the Leasing Office drop box.
Our garden-style 1-2 bedroom apartments and 3-bedroom townhomes have thermal-insulated windows and energy-efficient heating and cooling systems to provide the utmost comfort. Your entryway, kitchen and dining room feature hardwood flooring, and each home offers ample closet space. Basic cable is included in your rent, and we offer washers and dryers in select homes and laundry rooms in each building for your convenience. We take your comfort seriously with an on-site management team and 24-hour emergency maintenance service.
The minimum initial lease term is 12 months. After the initial lease term, the renewal may offer additional term options, or a month to month option.
