I have consistently experience the best residential support services during my seven years living in Point North Apartments.(Bethlehem) The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Anytime I have submitted a request, the maintenance team is fabulous , handling any problem very promptly. The grounds are well kept all year round with different plants. Throughout the year they have different amenities for all the residences to enjoy. We couldn't be happier.! A GREAT PLACE TO CALL "HOME"

Terrible. Absolutely disgraceful. We lived here for EIGHT MONTHS while our house was being built. Claimed carpet was new when we moved in. Though it smelled musty and disgusting. When we moved out they charged us 1900 dollars for carpet replacement because our furniture left dents in the carpet. The same woman who explained why we were charged also states the carpet life is supposed to be 5 years. WE LIVED THERE 8 MONTHS. They also claimed there were dog urine marks in the carpet, when our dog has never peed on the carpet. She is crated every time we leave and my husband works from home. She is never left alone. Pet deposit is just for them to allow you to have a pet… does not go towards carpet replacement. If you sign I lease here expect a nice big fat bill when you move out.

For the price this place is not worth it. Beware “pet rent” is just for the “privilege” of having pets in the apartment. I payed $800 in one year towards pet rent and none of that was used to cover new carpet when moving out. There was only one spot on the carpet where my dog peed one time. The stain was only noticeable on the padding under the carpet. They replaced the carpet in the entire apartment and charged us for all of it.

We have lived in Pointe North for over a year. There is nothing but good to be said about the facilities, staff, maintenance and neighbors...love it here! Debbie, in the office welcomes one into the community like a den mother and continues to make you feel at home by her kind and thoughtful ways. The maintenance guys are very responsive, professional and friendly. We live in a loft apartment which is really lovely and spacious. The community in general is friendly and have super cute and friendly dogs ( if you like that sort of thing). So glad we have been able to live here!
