We offer washers and dryers in select homes and laundry rooms in each building for your convenience.

We’re proud to be a pet-friendly community! We allow 2 pets max (1 cat and 1 dog or 2 cats). Breed and weight restrictions apply.

If you have a maintenance emergency after hours that can’t wait for the next business day, please call our 24-hour emergency maintenance number 1-800-541-9297. For non-emergency maintenance issues, you can put in a maintenance request through our Resident Portal on LarkenLiving.com or contact the Leasing Office at (610) 866-4333. Kindly leave your name, building/apt. number, reason for the maintenance request and if our maintenance team has permission to enter in your absence. Please leave a contact phone number.

Your rent is due on the first of every month regardless of the day you move in. If you move in mid-month, we will prorate it. You can pay your rent on our Resident Portal on our website at TheHillsApartmentsPA.com, or you can drop it off at the Leasing Office drop box.

Our affordable 1-2-bedroom apartments feature walk-in closets, washers and dryers in select homes and sliding glass doors leading to your own balcony or patio. This is just a sampling of the thoughtful details you’ll find in our homes. On-site management and 24-hour emergency maintenance service means we’re always accessible.

The minimum initial lease term is 12 months. After the initial lease term, the renewal may offer additional term options, or a month to month option.
