I have brought my friends dog here for grooming and bathing. Twice now I've had to complain. This last time I did not I told him I'm finding a new place, for the monies spent and the quality of work it's not worth it. Currently during regrowth you can see how uneven the dogs hair is. First time going was great ever since it's been a nightmares. Stay away from here for grooming and bathing by them, one time the dog returned smelling worse than arriving. I've spoke to management's and the owner and it seems to fall on deaf ears.

I want to thank Shawn for his service today. I tried multiple times to get the diy wash bays to work and could only get cold water and no soap. I was ready to leave with a cold shivering dog and he stopped me, ran back and got the machine to work. Thanks for going to the extra mile to ensure I left as a satisfied customer. Also thank you to the young guy with dark hair at the cash register for offering me a discounted price for my troubles. A+ service today
