I have tried many diets and have paid for unused gym memberships for years. I have witnessed friends having amazing results at KSP and I had to check it out for myself. This is the first fitness program that I have been able to stick to. I started off doing one on one training for a half hour twice a week. Worked my way up to 1 hour workouts twice a week. My trainers believed in me more than I believed in myself. I was doing things that I haven't done in years and didn't think I was capable of at this point. I am also a diabetic and since I started here I have been able to stop taking insulin altogether! That has been a huge win for me. I have so much energy now and I even got back into fishing which I loved to do as kid. I enjoy being active and going outside again! Thank you KSP!

Hey Dan, thanks for the question. We do not have stick mobility but we do a lot of soft tissue and mobility work with foam rollers, bands, and bodyweight
We have members as low as 9 years of age in our Athletic Performance Program and members as old as 73 that do our group and personal training program. We hope this helps! thank you

Hey Reggie, we have a leg press machine but we do not have a set lat pull down machine. For the lats we use either a band resisted lay pull down or we use our rings for body weight rows and other variations with dumbbells and barbells. Thanks for your question!
