Both times that I have come here I had great experiences. The nurses here are very caring, friendly and inviting. I can’t remember all their names, so I won’t even try, but I wanted to take the time to give them a five star review. They all had great attitudes, which is important in my book because it shows true character. I enjoyed talking to the ones I did or the ones I encountered. ❤️

The Staff are super friendly. Although it was a very busy day, they were pleasant and were always professional. The MAs and the NP that took care of me were awesome. Friendly, polite, and always professional. Great service all around.

They do a super basic hearing check super basic vision check and they want to know if you can bend over and touch your toes without hurting your back. You're also going to do a drug test. That's pretty much it

Yes, take all paperwork you receive from them to the DMV and they will image what they need. If you are a CDL driver the only DMV that will serve you is on Donovan Way.
