Birchwood Commons is a great place to live! Everyone is super friendly and respectful. Kathy, the apartment manager, has been extremely helpful and responsive as well. The complex is pet-friendly with a lot of green space + a small fenced-in dog park! The apartments are very nice and spacious with an updated/modern kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer. The apartment was spotless when we moved it. Overall my experience here has been wonderful so far!

Birchwood Commons is a wonderful place. We moved to Bethlehem from out of state and everything went very smoothly. The application process and move in experience were both seamless. Kathy, the apartment manager, made us feel welcome and is extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotless and the grounds are beautiful. There is a small park next door, too.

I love the apartment complex itself. It is quiet and I love the keyless entry. But with how much the rent is and you can’t even find a place to park! It’s ridiculous as I do work second shift by the time I get home there is not one spot! Yes you can get a garage which is another $150 per month. But with how much we pay there should at least be a parking spot somewhere!!!! I started to park on the grass since the one time I park in the handicapped spot I get ticketed, I can’t get a ticket in the grass maybe they will get the hint! I still live here and just resigned the lease but if you are thinking about it...DONT there other “luxury apartments” in the area that I have heard good things about (Madison farms) they have a separate little building for the gym (24/7 access) and other amenities. They also take forever to get things done, the main entrance was closed till the beginning of 2019. Also the maintenance guy is great and real nice but I swear every month they have to do something in everyone’s apartment it’s like they are checking up on us and knock once then walk in.
