I unfortunately had to leave Saucon View Apartments after 11 years, and I have never had a better experience renting any apartment or home ever! The complex is beautiful, with a pool, dog park for my fur baby, business office and so much more! The Management and maintenance personnel are amazing! Professional, efficient, warm, and were a joy. The community is welcoming, and I will miss them greatly! I received my entire security deposit back, and felt heartbroken when I left. I highly recommend Landmark Communities, especially Saucon View, and will go back given the opportunity. Much thanks to the Management on site, Melissa and Sean!!!

It was clear to us that the "upscale" Allentown apartments just we're not to our liking. It was loud, neighbors were rude, managers were cold and unpersonable... When our lease was near maturity, (summer 2021) we did quite a bit of looking around. I remembered that a relative lived at Saucon View for a brief period and we decided to give it a shot. Maria and Melissa were prompt, attentive and very interested in having us at Saucon View. We must have met with them 3-4 times in person and spent way too much of their time asking the silliest of questions via email. We wanted to be in a place that felt like home, preferably a loft with a private balcony (not facing another building), already remodeled, and needed a garage / driveway in the same building. They handled us perfectly and got us in at least 2 months earlier than expected. Upon moving in, we maintained our status quo of being needy; having to arrange for an early move-in. There were some small and forgivable details that were rushed during the remodel which happened just before moving in. The maintenance team (absolutely fabulous) rushed to resolve any issues. They also have helped us make it feel more like home by helping us install a smart thermostat, a rain shower and have offered to put in ceiling fans. To our pleasant surprise, there is a real sense of community at Saucon View. Everyone waves or gives a nod outside. There are a lot of well educated, family oriented, and retired folks here.. it feels safe and secure. Management does a balcony decorating contest during the holidays (which we won!), appreciation dinners, and various other activities. The property managers always greet you with a friendly smile and a wave even from across the parking lot. One night, I accidentally left our garage door open. My unlocked convertible and countless (expensive) belongings out in the open for all to see and all to steal. My heart sank when I saw it was open ALL NIGHT. To my unbelievable surprise, everything was left as it should. To me, this speaks volumes! In addition, I recently locked my keys in the apartment and my significant other, who is the sole lessee, was out of the country. They were responsive and as helpful as humanly possible yet again! We simply cannot say enough about the property managers, the community or the apartment itself. Even to this day, the apartments are laid out beautifully. Regardless of floorplan, they are equally practical and beautiful. Melissa, Maria and Shawn have all been fantastic! So have any neighbors we've had an opportunity to get to know. Of course we eventually want to become homeowners, but we look forward to riding out the housing crisis in our little piece of Saucon Valley heaven.

Stay away! They renew your lease automatically and brutally charge you for breaking the lease. This fee is $5000. It consists of rent for two months plus $250 redecoration fee, plus the leas breaking fee (at least $2000). Please stay away. They are BRUTAL. Stay AWAY. I have been renting for 7 years in different places and have not seen something like this!

I have been living here since August of 2020, and this place is really great. I'll try to given honest review for anyone looking: The management is very receptive. There were some issues that were out of control but overall promises were totally kept. New appliances installed without hidden fees, and renovations will be coming up soon (for our apt in particular, most are renovated). The service is top-notch! Any maintenance issues can be handled through either the maintenance line (even emergencies) and are taken care of quickly and effectively. We had to have a new fridge replaced, and was done easily with no issues. The apartments themselves are great. We personally live in a 3 bedroom setup, so the kitchen and TV space is a little weird but we made it work out just fine. The 2 bedroom spaces make much more sense layout-wise. Our rooms get a lot of natural light which I love, especially the master bedroom with bay-windows. Parking is plentiful, I always seem to find an outdoor spot free of charge. Be prepared to dig your car out in case of snowstorms though (sometimes you can hire a resident to help for 20 bucks). The gym is small, so don't expect squat racks, but it will get the job done for most people! The pool is really nice to hang out in the summer, just know it isn't full depth (maybe about 4 feet) but is always beautifully kept and pretty warm! The office/lounge area is great, tons of free coffee and the printers work well. Some nice comfy chairs to study if you're a student too. The other lounge area has a full kitchen with a fireplace which is nice to hang around in the winter. Overall, I love this place, and the price per person for our apartment is really fair. There are no hidden fees, communication between residents and management is great, and it just feels very homey here. Your issues will be heard and taken care of, and I would totally recommend this place to anyone!!
