USPS Distribution Center

i will be sending you guys all my late fees i cant pay my bills if i dont recieve them

This facility is awful at everything. I too have had packages ship through UPS and go through this place and it takes them sometimes a full week just to accept that the package is there. Something needs to be done about this place.

Tbh it was the same problem with me on the 1st of august. A week later I received my package. But the tracking never updated, so it's probably been ship somewhere else but the system never updated your package. Hold on tight and good luck!

I haven't received my mail since May 12th and today is May 18th, 2021. I called the Wicker Park post office repeatedly and no answers. This is unacceptable and a crime to hold up our much needed mail correspondence and medication. Who is running this facility and how is it that no one is accountable for upholding a standard of customer service in preforming their job responsibilities ?!?!?!

We've had a lot of trouble with our mail too things coming up missing and not coming for a month that were sent locally. We've been sending things UPS or FedEx only and ask people to stop sending us regular mail when possible. Good luck

I had this happen even though they did have access to my building. I had to physically go to 1419 W Carroll to ask them to hold it there for pickup. Check the hours though becauae when I went the website said they opened at 9:00 but there was nobody there until 1;00. Good luck

Thanks. I hope its there eventhough I dont realy know if this is the Distribution Center where my package was last scanned. The history says IN TRANSIT TO THE NEXT FACILITY 😪

Call the post office that is for that zip code and ask for a package intercept. And give them the correct address.

Best results are always to go in person, because this is a high volume station

I agree.. I've been waiting on mres I have been waiting for 2 weeks now... They keep saying their backed up and with only 2 or 3 people working it doesn't take almost 2 weeks for somethin to come in when it had 2 day shipping...

Luis de Joy has been appointed as post master he's there to delay the mail because of voting by mail trump has place him there to help him win so mail is there its being delayed on purpose so go to your station your mail is there spread the word vote by mail

Call or contact on website, they were closed because they were looted, i do not know the whole story but i complain on the website, i went there, they were closed--

You can go online and track the package to do a package intercept and correct the zip code. The package might have already been sent back to the sender.

Same same same. What did you do? Any luck? I had it held for pickup after a week of this nonsense, and the person at the counter told me it’s out for delivery.

Sometimes you will need to call a Larger post office to get someone like in main city.

Did u receive it at the end? My shipment which was shipped 50 days ago hasnt arrived yet! I hope they didnt lose it. Its a present from my mother to my kids.

Well I'm sorry but 2 days ago it was a holiday we were closed. Then we reopen on Tuesday so we have backed up mail and packages so u have to give it at least 1 more day for us to get caught up with everything.

Go to post office with your I'd and ask for a supervisor. Tell them you are looking for your mail.
