I haven't received my mail since May 12th and today is May 18th, 2021. I called the Wicker Park post office repeatedly and no answers. This is unacceptable and a crime to hold up our much needed mail correspondence and medication. Who is running this facility and how is it that no one is accountable for upholding a standard of customer service in preforming their job responsibilities ?!?!?!
Why, I am not receiving my US mail, you have to complain to main Post office on Canal, I have been there in person and talked to Supervisor---
