I have been going back and forth with these people for MONTHS to try and resolve my moms spenddown. I've spoken with Mr. Caro, Mr. Alvarado & Ms. Abdullah, none of whom give me the same information. Ms. Abdullah was hostile on the phone from the moment I stated that I was a representative for my mother. Like I said, I've been going back and forth for months on my moms insurance & she had the nerve to say that she saw no record of me being a rep. Are they deleting records of conversations and documents?? Why bother calling me back if you're not going to do anything.. I'm the one that left the voicemail. Incompetent much? My mom has not had her meds in a couple of months and it's literally all due to the incompetence of this office. When I spoke to the spenddown office, they stated they've received so many complaints about this office that they've lost track. Do they not realize what can happen if someone doesn't take their prescribed medications? They're completely careless!
