The staff was so friendly and the process was clearly communicated and organized.

My experience was ok. The staff was pretty good but the wait was horrible. We had to wait out in the hot sun standing for an hour as they let two people at a time in. This is unacceptable only in our neighborhoods??? There are senior citizens and disabled people who has to put up with this mess. Why? You should have some benches or chairs or something for them to sit on. Once I got inside things moved pretty fast. Good job on that part. Awful water or something. Please do better.

I went to apply for an SSN, never got a card. When I called to follow up, they said there was no record of any application and my window has passed because of my work authorization. Worst experience ever
Johnny Mays

Social Security rules allow you to collect disability benefits and a pension at the same time. However, the amount of yourbenefits may be calculated differently than if you became disabled before the age of retirement or you were not entitled to a pension for other reasons
You have to call the 1800 number for an appointment or go on socialsecurity.gov and start the benefits,or walk into the office....There is no direct number to contact the office
You can call Thursday after 2:00 or any weekend
