Why does it seem that all my packages get stuck at this location? I put a ticket in through UPS and they get underway again but it’s a lengthy proses. It only seams to be this facility. Management please fix this!

This facility is awful at everything. I too have had packages ship through UPS and go through this place and it takes them sometimes a full week just to accept that the package is there. Something needs to be done about this place.
