I had called to verify that the doors would be open when I got there prior to leaving to go to this urgent care. When I arrived, the doors were locked and staff told the other patients to not let me in.

If I could have given this place zero stars it would be too good. This place is ridiculous, unprofessional staff and lack of staff. There is nothing express about this place. Weekend or not staff your offices or close down. By the way I don't wanna see a comment on this review saying "Well due to the pandemic we have lack of staff and have problems finding people". There is a new st lukes walk in clinic in the mountain Center next to Army depot and they have staff. If I was able to find them on google I would have went there no question, but I couldnt find there hours so I had to choose this dump. Do yourself and your loves ones a favor and DO NOT come here or bring them here. Your better off going to the St lukes hospital in Bartonsville.
