Thank you to everyone from the front office to the PA. Randy and I are from out of state visiting family when he needed to be seen by a Dr/PA. We were seen in a prompt amount of time. The care, concern that was shown to him was evident. We appreciate everything that was done to help him to feel better. If I could give you more than 5 stars I would. I visited urgent care and the nurse and doctor provided me with excellent care. I was concerned about my blood pressure reading from the machine so the nurse took the time to read it manually. She was careful to get all the information regarding my issue. The doctor listened to me carefully and discussed treatment options. He did some additional research to ensure we picked the best treatment possible considering my history and meds. I won’t go to any other urgent care. I’ve been to this location 3 time Over many years and always get the best treatment.

went to urgent care Sunday feeling terrible, great staff , was told that my insurance would only for one type of test, took the test, i have had several tests in the past, this was the easiest, had covid, now tuesday feeling better, you can see why they have so many great reviews

Yes
We draw blood if it's necessary for treatment. The blood gets sent to ACM laboratories for testing. We also do In-House rapid Urine Test to evaluate for Urinary Track Infections or Pregnancy Test. We also send out Urine to ACM labratories for further testing if appropriate. We do not accept patients who have been see by their primary physician already and have a paper requisition for blood or urine test. Rochester Regional Labratory is on the same building as us and you may take the requisition there.
We are an independently ran Urgent Care for the last 9 yrs. One of the longest standing Urgent Cares in Monroe County. We are not affiliated with any Corporate or Hospital entities which helps us maintain a low out of pocket non insured rate.
