Bonnie made our out of state home buying process as easy as possible. Since we were moving across the country during a competitive market, we were unable to travel to view any houses in person. Bonnie made the home tours feels as if we were there in person with her, thanks to her attention to detail, and pointing out some features we didn’t even think to ask about. She helped us every step up the way, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. We can’t thank Bonnie enough!

Bonnie is a professional in every sense of the word. She traveled our journey with us to find a home that fit our needs and was with us every step of the way. When we asked a question thru email, she was very responsive and supportive.

My wife and I can’t be more thankful to Bonnie for helping us find a new home. We tried for several months without good results and she was so patient with us until finally someone accepted our offer. We are so grateful for her kindness, smile and professionalism. A super real state agent. We highly recommend Bonnie.

Bonnie has been extraordinary with her time and patience in trying to find me the best house possible. Whether I have a million questions or the most minute concern- she has been able to answer them all or find the answer. She has gone above and beyond and I would without hesitation recommend her for her knowledge and commitment. She doesn't make you feel like a number but like a friend.

Questions & Answers

Should I make repairs or update my house before selling?

Thee market is hot right now, you think—so you should hurry up while you can still get a good price. Or perhaps your dream home was just listed, but you can't move in until your current place sells ... so you should expedite this, right? The problem is, if you move too fast, buyers see right through the fact that you skipped important home renovations. And this, my friends, might end up costing you time and money. Lots of both, in fact. So, take the time to sell your home right with the assistance of a real estate professional.

Can’t I just put a for sale sign in the yard?

You only get one shot at a 1st impression, so you’ll want to spend the time upfront getting your house sale ready. Think of your house as a classic car that you want to sell. Would you throw up a for sale sign in the dusty car windows, leave all the dog hair and candy wrappers in the back seat and park it in your garage? NO! You’d give it a tune-up, thorough cleaning, and advertise it with the most exposure possible. Do the same for your house, seek the advice and assistance of your real estate professional to get the house the most exposure in order to sell it quickly and for the most money.

How much should I offer to buy a house?

Real estate markets are subject to swings; it can be a seller's market, buyer's market, or neutral market. If your market is buzzing at the time, you might not have enough time to ask any questions before that home is sold to somebody else. Ask your agent to give you professional insights into the type of market.
