This is one of the most ridiculous situations we have ever had. This location and the Penfield location "supposedly" do inspections WELL good luck with that. My son has been on a wild goose chase to get one done at either location for 3 weeks now. Tried twice at each location. When you call ahead, yeah they are doing them till 4, drive all the way there, oh our guy left early or didn't show up EACH TIME!!! Really?! SO don't waste your time going to any of these locations for an inspection as you will totally waste your time. Why bother saying you do this IF IN FACT you don't????? Just leaves a bad taste in people's mouths and frankly I doubt due to this, we'll go for oil changes ever again.

I usually go to the Webster location, and the staff service was great. However, the last time I went, the employees working took every single one of my valve stem covers off my tires and didn't replace them NOR tell me. I was riding around without anything protecting my stems. When I left, I noticed a ticking sound coming from my drivers side front. It was not easy to accelerate and after having my car checked, the employees broke a plastic piece off of the the box that holds my cabin air filter and when I was trying to accelerate, air was pushing through - and adding air where it shouldn't- not including the dirt that was being sucked in to my vehicles filter which can mess my engine up. I had to put a zip tie to hold it down until I can get it fixed and make sure no further damage was done, and ive had to buy new covers for my stems. I will be extremely disappointed if it has caused other damage to my vehicle. I have not visited since as 100 dollars for an oil change just to have my vehicle damaged by a place that's supposed to be reputable is not okay. I will not return to valvoline.
