Tee, Debbie and Andres in the home care department were all awesome. I came to APEX after a competitor was rude and unable to provide me with a nebulizer machine. I would recommend going directly to APEX for all your health care needs. It was a pleasure to see all the employees eager to assist all that came in the store. Bonus points for patiently calling my insurance company and getting the machine paid for!

I called to inquire about renting some equipment for my mom who is coming to visit. Not only was the person I spoke to rude, I had to keep asking questions to find out they don’t rent equipment anymore since Covid. First of all, she could have been nicer and said that from the beginning. Second, maybe they should update their website.

Went in to try out rollators and they had a nice selection and very helpful, caring staff. Had everything a person with a disability needs and more. Will definitely be back!

Annex Pharmacy is a part of Apex Pharmacy.. Annex Pharmacy fills prescriptions for business like group homes and nursing facilities. We have several patients that have prescriptions filled by both, they might for example receive regular treatment at a facility where they have prescriptions filled through Annex but live at home where they get prescriptions from Apex. They are really both under the same company but for legal reasons prescriptions are filed for different settings. It is another reason why Apex is the pharmacy that can fill more of the community's needs tha most others.
Yes, in most cases Apex can repair your rolling walker, the best way to find out for sure is to bring it into the store so that the Homecare department can see the damage and the make and model of your equipment.
