I went there to rent a suit. Jim helped me out I was happy with his customer service skills and knowledge on helping me with my rental. I will continue to go there people like him make customers come back thanks brotha !!!! Much appreciated from Dom !!!

Avoid the Hamden, CT location! Customer service was poor at best and the rep verbally told another employee that she didn't want to do the fitting for my son...right in front of us! The customer service issue was the first problem, followed by an issue with the rental type for my son and a confirmed refund for a portion of the total rental cost. When the return was applied to my card, they applied TAXES again on a REFUND! I had, of course, paid the appropriate taxes on the original invoice...essentially a double-tax. I will avoid Men's Wearhouse from now on, and the Hamden, CT location was the cause for sure!

Im getting married in 2 days and that's when your supposed to pick up the Tuxedos for my 6 Groomsman. When I went to pick them up the jacket and pants were different colors! I did everything early so I wouldn't have this problem. The two employees that were in the store acted like they didn't even wanna help as I stood there for a good 20 minutes. So I called Mens Wharehouse customer service to see if they could help me" all as im standing in the store". She was helping me until Mr. P arrived at the store for his shift. Then I let her know the manager of the store is there and he is a very good guy. I dont know the spelling of his name but he made my day. He is very professional and attentive to his customers.I only recommend this store if he is there!! The last photo is ridiculous, look at how high those pants were, it was embarrassing! We did call to get our money back for his Tuxedo, we had to call Customer Service and they said that they would refund but it will take 2 weeks.

Less than 1 star. MORE LIKE NEGATIVE 5! On a Saturday at 12:30pm, in the back you have 3 clowns sitting a a table too busy chatting to service anyone. Particularly someone standing in front of them. It's obvious they are not interested in helping. I should not have to work at making then help a customer with service. Don't bother coming here. From reading other reviews of this place and other locations, I see why quite a few are "permanently closed". My 1st time going there and believe me the very last to men's wearhouse!
