My son tried to contact the insurance agent to schedule cancelling his insurance to move to another insurer. The office would not transfer the call to the agent, offer to return a call, take a message, give out an email address so my son could send the request via email, or cooperate in any fashion. But they did up taking my son's last name and immediately cancelled the insurance instead of doing it at the proper time -- which resulted in my son being without vehicle insurance while out-of-state and on the road! This was a disaster! Good luck if you ever have a claim! Worst customer service.
