Pure Pleasure
I've had so many issues with this clinic. On two separate occasions, I have scheduled a video visit and I never received a link or a phone call. I ened up having to reschedule because no one could see me or I had to wait a very long time after my appointed time. Only to find out I had to being my child in because they don't do video visits for the issue she had. When I make a dental appointment I have to call and leave a message for someone from dental to call me back to schedule and I never get a call back. I've been told many times that my messages or calls cannot be found in the system, therefore they dont know what my appointment is for. If I could give it zero stars I would. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because of a couple of the Doctor's/Physician Assistants that I've encountered. Very unorganized Clinic.

The worst Dr. Office I've ever been to. I got a prescription written in june which wasnt covered by insurance, i then trieec to get an alternate medication which is covered however I've called and went in every week since then and have never been able to see or talk to a doctor. (Its September now - over 3.5 months of going in or calling every week and ice made no progress). It's impossible to get care here. Please for the love of God, go somewhere else!!!! Update: these phone numbers they keep responding with just go to straight to voicemail. It's a scam. Just like the rest of this company.

My mom has been going to Advance for years without a problem. Staff is overall good and so is the care. The only issue we’ve had was with the nurse practitioner Eurica Manning. She is the worst PCP I have ever met. She is rude, condescending and does NOT listen to her patients. Please don’t schedule with her as you will be extremely disappointed! Update: My initial review was from years ago before, the Pandemic. The office left a response to my review. Seems the provider I was speaking of is no longer at this facility. Thank goodness!!!

Just go to advance. They might not charge you anything at all. They work on a reduced and sliding scale. Just fill out the appropriate paperwork and go from their.
They do charge. The lowest they will go without a job is $25

They are qualified to do Pap smears, he is sure because in my 36 years they had never hurt me like his trained nurse did and on top of that he collected the tests wrong and they had to repeat something that when they called me I told him that with the nurse I would never allow it again Well, I got hurt enough the day he did the collection and on top of that he did it wrong.
That's not my experience. Dr Li is a great primary doctor and she has been great to me.
