We've spent 10s of thousands of dollars on Buffalo Wire Work screens over the years. Buffalo wire work had a shipping mishap where only 2 of the 4 screens that we ordered were delivered. They are refusing to refund the 2 screens that never arrived. We're quite disappointed that Buffalo Wire is unwilling to help a loyal customer that has done business with them for many years.
