I have 2 doctors here, my neurologist Dr Ferrell and Dr Paul Carnes who treats me in the pain clinic. They are both top notch. I just love Dr Carnes and his staff both in the procedure area and his office area. You could not pay me to go to another pain clinic away from Dr Carnes.

I was a Duke patient before being referred to Dr Paul Carnes and Jan Campbell. I am completely, satisfied, confident that they are the best in the region." Dr Carnes treatment and a regiment of physical therapy has helped me tremendously ! My hat goes off to all the folks at RNA - thank you so much for helping me .

My son is unable to get a prescription refill because they will not write it without an appointment. However I have 5 kids and no childcare and they will not allow the other kids up there for my son to be seen. His medicine is not a narcotic and he has a known birth defect that causes intense migraines which over the counter medicine doesnt help. Its wild to me that they would rather a child suffer than write a prescription refill without getting paid from his insurance. I cant imagine the amount of people who are turned away due to lack of childcare. Such a disgraceful practice.

Raleigh Neurology and the associated medical drs. have been very nice about my records from their office. They did not charge any fee. I have seen 5 drs. there for various reasons. Each one had me fill out a form and either they printed it right then or mailed it if there was a lot of documents. I find that going in person to request my records usually results in no cost.
