Raleigh Neurology and the associated medical drs. have been very nice about my records from their office. They did not charge any fee. I have seen 5 drs. there for various reasons. Each one had me fill out a form and either they printed it right then or mailed it if there was a lot of documents. I find that going in person to request my records usually results in no cost.
Your doctor can request a copy of your records. Or you can request a copy of your records yourself but there will probably be a copy fee charged.
