If I could give this place 0/5 stars, I would. Let’s just start off by saying I currently live here and have only been here 5 months. When I say that it’s all just problems after problems, I mean it. When we moved in there was no hot water and it took them 3 months to even look at the problem but they knew from day 1. Most of the problems are considered emergencies that we have had yet they still take weeks to even get to you. This place is horrible. They spray every month but there are still roaches. Visually this place looks decent. But it’s not about looks with this place. It’s almost uninhabitable. Truly the worst place you could live. The neighbors are friendly and that’s about the only nice thing I’ll say. Staff lies to the tenants and only care about money.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! Expecially with kids I don’t even know where to start management is awful and very rude all they care about is money there was black mold in the apartment and I filed a complaint and it took them 3 months to fix it and they didn’t even do it right they didn’t kiltz it or put out bleach on it they just rolled paint over it this place is awful if I could give 0 stars I would and I tried to contact the management company but it’s nowhere to be found ? Slum lords at the finest

When we first moved in we were so happy! But one issue after another. Everything has been fixed except our bedroom window screen and now our patio door is about to fall in on us. Ive tried being nice and ive tried being mean. My father is a Sedgwick co JUDGE. HE SAID TO KEEP A JOURNAL.We still like it here other than then our screens so our electric is over 300 a month. So during the day we try not to run the AC. I called again this morning and she said they have a work order in and have for a month. But weve been asking about this for more then 5 months. I hope the manager does hire more maintance bc i believe we only have one! And hes only one man. Like Ron White would say!!!. Im praying things get better. I hope things improve. This can be an amazing place. ... God bless and ill teep praying.
