I loved Crown Chase! It was a nice and quiet community, and from my time here, I had very few repairable issues. The only thing I wish wasn’t an issue as much was the spiders I kept finding and killing in my bedroom, but other than that I really enjoyed my time here!

This place has started to turn real slummy. Cops are here a lot. The place was swarming with them two days ago. Definitely looking into other options when my lease is up. I just want my family to feel safer. Security gates don’t work anymore. Maintenance is good and staff is nice. Not sure what happened to the kind of people that live here now.

I’ve lived here close to a year and love this complex. I always feel safe and love walking my dog around the beautiful pond! The maintenance and staff are SO great, they have always been really kind and helpful. The apartments are nice and well built. I highly recommend living here!
