I had a smooth experience moving into my Raintree apartment. The staff is friendly and supportive. It's the only apartment complex I've ever been to that's given me a nice gift upon moving in! :) Maintenance has also been really helpful. I received some new appliances shortly after moving in because of technical issues. The people who live here are also very friendly. If you have preferred employment (such as being a teacher or in the armed services, among other professions), you will receive a discount on your rent. Pet rent and deposit are affordable, and the apartments are great condition for an older complex. I would highly recommend moving here for anyone who wants to live on a budget but be in a good location on the West Side North of Kellogg. Edit: After living here for three years, I have to say that I am highly disappointed with the move out process. I will not speak ill of anyone in particular as that is unprofessional, but I will say that as a resident who has lived on property for three years and never had a complaint lodged against them, it is extremely disappointing that they would try withhold my security deposit from me when I received my first one back after living at the apartment complex by myself for the first two years. I am also disappointed by the company’s lack of due diligence when it comes to investigating complaints involving the well-being and peaceable living of their residents. My roommates and I contacted both the company and Signal 88 (their 3rd party security) several times about the marijuana smell coming through the vents, and neither Signal 88 nor Raintree did anything about it. After complaining six times in a period of three months (October through December 2021), we gave up asking for help in the matter and resigned to living with the inconvenience. The company said “there’s nothing we can do about it unless we physically catch them smoking.” We even expressed that we didn’t want any legal action to come to our neighbors; we just wanted them to not subject us to something we do not partake in. Although none of us want to make anyone’s life particularly difficult, all three of us had headaches and problems with our health (two of us have asthma) due to how strong the weed was coming through the vents. To this day, we still receive still receive strong odors of weed multiple times a week. Overall, my experiences over the three years with maintenance and the front office staff has been great. Taiha and Abby have both been kind, considerate, and professional in their interactions with clients. The maintenance staff has always been attentive to any issues. I don’t regret my time at Raintree, but I wish they would reward their loyal, law-abiding tenants who never caused them any issues rather than make their living situation undesirable. I will say if you’re living by yourself at Raintree, you won’t encounter many problems from the company. I would not suggesting renting a two-bedroom unless you’re living there with a spouse or sibling and both of you will move in and move out at the same time.

Staff is friendly. But don’t seem to be in a hurry to do much of anything. Maintenance did come same day, which was nice. But they acted as though it was such a huge inconvenience. Called about a suspicious person and they did seem concerned, but when it was about a staff member, they got super defensive. As if my concerns were no longer valid. Place wasn’t even clean when we moved in. Would not recommend

I love living at Raintree! The staff in the office is nice and helpful anytime we have an issue, I lost my mailbox key and they had a new one ready for me the very next day! The maintenance men are prompt and effecient with repairs. The grounds are well kept; with the recent ice storm, the mailbox area and sidewalks were salted which was nice. During the summer the pool is always crystal clear, the suntanning chairs are nice, and the flowers are absolutely BEAUTIFUL, Lou is the BEST!!

Apartments.com has all of this information readily available. It's one of the top 5 results if you Google Raintree Apartments. This is a place for reviews. Base rate is $494-$769. Pets are an extra $20 a month, in addition to a pet deposit. The initial deposit is less than 1/2 a months rent. (unsure on exact amount) I'm unsure about water, but all other utilities are definitely your responsibility. Some units have W/D hookups. They have a pretty nice laundry facility at the clubhouse that has camera security. I'm personally there weekly and the office and maintenance are all great people. The only ugly apartments I've seen were at fault of the tenant. (Maintenance does an awesome job and Case does a good job of maintaining their apartments) They have quality lawn care and pest control services as well.
