The New London hospitality center is okay as far as an emergency place to stay but I don't believe that the staff does much to help a person find affordable living I think their main concern is focused on getting people to live in their shared living houses instead of finding individual housing I don't feel that the staff has your long-term range in mind if it doesn't involve staying in one of their facilities I found a few of the people there to be very helpful the nurse they have and really good she really goes out of her way to help people this place works well as an emergency shelter but don't expect too much more if you're looking for more than shared living the experience I had was terrible there are much better places I fell that there is no genuine ever to help a person find individual housing I give this place a three-star rating only because of its emergency services thank you Michael Baker

Yes men and women over age of 18.
You are much better going to an all woman's shelter who handle abused women hun. Trust me. This shelter you contacted is trashy!!!!! No offense to them. Ask 211 and they will point you somewhere much better. Unless you wanna be abused more, I wouldn't go to a regular homeless shelter with more men and women who are abusive and nasty. Js
They will take what you have and make it so someone who needs it gets it they put people in apartments all the time
6 am Monday -friday / up and dressed by ten am on the weekend with an assigned bed......Main floor overflow has to be up and dressed no later then 7:30on the weekend hospitality center is open between 8:00and 8:30 am 7 days a week . I hope this reply helps

Well the shelter has moody people just stay busy the staff is good and you be feed well as far as jobs you should use the indeed job app download loaded into your smart phone best wishes and stay positive
