I lived at this complex for a year. The maintenance crew is a joke. I do commercial HVAC for a living and have had problems with black dirt coming out of the vents and getting on my furniture. The maintenance crew insisted it was because of my wood wick candles that I only light on occasion. I personally put a pleated filter in my unit and still had the same problem. It took maintenance 8 months to agree to clean them, and for the last 4 months of my lease I still burned candles. Guess what; nothing went through the filter. The front office is very nice and accommodating tho, I just wish the maintenance crew was better trained. I would also say you need to right down EXACTLY everything wrong with your apartment the second you move in. Never living at a case & associates property again

Silver Springs apartments is a trash dump. Maintenance enters your apartment without notice and takes pictures and reports their findings to management to who finds any reason to raise your rent. No privacy . Frequent fires. Trash and dog dumps everywhere including the sidewalks. STAY AWAY!!

I would just like to Complement the front staff crew!! Life over the past two years has not been easy, as I’m sure it hasn’t been for most. Yet, the group that works in the main office have been a prayer answered. They have worked very diligently with me, and that act has helped keep my head above water. So thank you to the office manager and her front desk crew for being so patient with me. You all are amazing!! Thank you!!!

We lived at this place for waaaay too long. They continued to charge us unreasonable rates each time we renewed the lease. Black widow and brown recluse spiders were everywhere. My husband's truck got broken into. They charged us $600 after we moved out for burning candles (as though they wouldn't have to repaint it after 6 years anyway). The parking is horrible. I would typically get off work around 8pm, and I would have to walk a block to my building. The water would get shut off at least once a month for repairs (typically while I was trying to get ready for work). Homeless people would hang out by the laundry facilities in the evening asking to get inside (making me afraid to go there). People would set off fireworks and firecrackers all summer in the parking lot making me scared my building would catch fire. At least one building would catch fire displacing all residents every couple of years. The office staff was trashy and rude as well. I am sure I will think of more negative things to say, but that is all for now. And, please don't tell me to call because you would like to discuss this with me further. I have NO desire to have any discussions with Silver Springs or Case and Associates ever again.
