Best apartment experience I’ve ever had. Safe environment, secluded from nearby commercial intersection. Staff genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to solve any issue. Beautiful grounds between the Arkansas River and a private lake. Huge private balconies where you can observe an impressive variety of migratory waterfowl.

2 year resident, moved for a new job. The location is wonderful and they have spacious apartments at good rates. Very pet friendly! Never had an issue with maintenance, sorry to have to go!
