hi moved here a couple months ago and to be honest, it is a lot of ruckus and a lot of disruptions going on outside of the building but as far as living here, I’ve never personally had a problem with any bugs or anything like that. It’s just a couple things that wasn’t functional when I first came and nobody came to fix it but other than that it’s a pretty decent place to stay for a decent price.

Hi I have lived at Riverwalk now for 4 years and I love it here. I see there lots of reviews about fires and roaches, If you are having a problem with roaches let the office know and they will take care of it, and make sure you are cleaning on a regular basis to prevent pest of any kind 😀, I haven’t had a problem with them since I moved in!! My neighbors are great and the staff that have taken over is nice and helpful as well!!! Thank you for all you have done and are doing to make Riverwalk a great place to live. Lorcina 😊

I have lived here for about 5 years now and at first it was amazing having a new home all to myself then it all turned when I needed repairs done and had people break into my car BUT! I stayed through all that and I will say the new management has done a complete turn around on the property and I’m happy to see what they have new coming cause it so far has been good change. Faster service and cleaner apartments

Infested with roaches I kill about 50 to 100 a night and if you leave your cups out with a bit of water roaches will climb into your cups. You must wear sandals at night many roaches crawling on the carpet and floor as well. We pay money to live by the roaches while the rich owners collect our rent and take classy photos in there office
