I frequently order a cab from this company which i’ll no longer do because every day I get a dispatcher who gets their day off by being rude and disrespectful for her customers. I told her exactly where I would be waiting and she got mad because “the driver is at the building but i’m not there” and started yelling and telling me off just because I said I didn’t see the driver. of course seconds after she hung up in my face before I could get another word out the driver pulled up and told me he stopped at the wrong building
