I have lived in spring meadows for 2 years. During this time the complex has failed to mow the lawn until the grass is exceeding 12-14 inches. The complex does not cover any utilities except trash pickup. They provide two very tiny dumpsters that are always over flowing 4 out of 7 days a week. They hand out reminder flyers to make sure that trash goes into the dumpsters or they will fine you $30 a day. The office lady Jackie has admitted that the owners do not care about its residents. They only care about the money. This has been shown each year with a $30 increase in rent. Since I started here I am paying $60 more a month. Every landlord I've had prior to Spring meadows increased my rent $5 a year which is reasonable. Spring meadows feels that the lack of services they claim to provide is worth an increasing amount per year. DO NOT LIVE HERE they will suck you dry of money.
